Our residence.

Our residence is near to San Antonio, located 10 minutes walk from nearest beach Port des Torrent. Accommodations in a peaceful and quiet private residence, you are far enough away from the busy nightlife of Ibiza. You will spend the entire week on Ibiza-the island of temptations and freedom-in a private residence with a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi, where freedom and broad-mindedness are guaranteed! The continental breakfast and lunch are served outside near to swimming pool area in the sunlight. The evening dining is inside the beautiful Sultans tent. The menu features an exquisite combination of French and Mediterranean cuisine.

The apartments.

8 apartments with living-dining area with sofa, two separate bedrooms (A,B) and one bathroom. All 8 apartments have balconies or porches. Bedrooms (A,B) have separate and closed with keys. It is just one bathroom. Rooms are booked a shared basis. This means that one couple automatically shares with other couple the bathroom. Enjoy the freedom of exploring new possibilities and meeting new friends.

The rooms.

All bedrooms are with one double bed, with safety deposit box (10¤ one day), bed sheets and towels are at your disposal. Air conditioning is optional in some rooms (20¤ one day our 70¤ seven nights). Thank you add this option when you to your booking.

The tours.

Where to find a nudist beach or Cafe Del Mar for the sunset, when visit the old town the Ibiza or where is best party in one of the legendary clubs of the island, your host Daniel will be always there for show you the best places. Also note that the residence is just 300m from the "Beverly", the only swingers nightclub in Ibiza. www.beverly-ibiza.net

The private parties.

Throughout your holiday parties are held in the residence. Access to these parties is allowed to couple non-resident and some evenings to men alone. Bar, dance floor and hugs the corners are available within the residence.

How to book?

1/ for book your stay, please fill our booking form.
2/ the booking will be official once the deposit is paid. The minimum deposit is 35% from total account. The total amount most be paid at least 30 days before beginning of the trip.
3/ after we have get your payment (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal) we send your receipt with your booking and shuttle details
